FROM DESIGN – CAD/CAM
Our designers use SketchUp, RADAN 3D and Inventor modelling software which allows us to generate product designs in real scale detail, but in a virtual 3D world, whilst CAM services are supported with RADAN and SigmaNEST software.
TO COMPLETION
As standard, we offer sheet metal product design & development from prototype to completion. By working closely and discussing with our clients to understand their exact needs, we aim to come up with the most suitable solutions.

One-off prototypes through to large multiple production runs
Sheet metal assembly, which involves manipulating flat sheet material for the manufacture of the parts and components for a customer’s product, is the last part in the process. After the customers drawing, the computer modelling, the laser technology, and the part forming, the components are joined together into an assembly. Our new production machinery and automation comes into its own whether you need just one piece or many.
